The Football Workout
Just because it's NFL Sunday or Monday night football, doesn't mean you don't have time to workout! I thought this would be a great way to incorporate some exercise into game day! You can do it... PUSH YOURSELF! Make a competition out of it with your friends, spouse or just with yourself! Not only will you feel like you've accomplished something by the end of the game, but whether your team wins or loses, you will know that you WON, regardless! Feel free to share this with friends and family or post this on Facebook or Twitter and see how many of your friends jump on the challenge and join you!
